There will also be various discount benefit/s and annual free medical bonus based on the number of shares which can be used for your or your loved one’s treatment.
If a large amount of money is required for medical treatment, then you can immediately take a loan against the share/s you have purchased.
The health insurance policy will be taken by the company (after the commencement of hospital service activities) in the name of the esteemed shareholders who have purchased 10 share/s in a single name. BENEFITS OF PURCHASING SHARE/S

You will become a respected shareholder / partner of a hospital for rest of your life, which will increase your self-identity and self-respect. Hospital business is always profitable and HALAL which pledge your financial well-being.
You will get an annual dividend of around Taka 16,200 to 39,600 per share. In addition to financial well-being, you will get the benefit of free treatment throughout your life**. You will get free ambulance facility in Dhaka city. Shareholder/s will be covered by Health Insurance. Close relatives will get special discount for treatment.
You will have the opportunity to sell your shares at a higher price after the deadline. The shares which are currently being sold at Taka 1 lac will be sold at Taka 3 Lac by increasing the price in phases till the commencement of commercial activities of the hospital.
You will be able to receive dividends in every Six (6) months. Shareholders will have the opportunity to get in, business improvements or advice on any subject.
Recommendation/s of shareholders will be given priority while recruiting staff/s. In case of admission of students in medical colleges, 25% quota will be allotted to the shareholders.

THE HOSPITAL FACILITIES

The hospital will start operations by providing telemedicine services from July 2021. Gradually it will be a 500-bed specialized hospital in phases, with the state-of-the-art medical equipment/s for diagnosing disease/s including all types of medical facilities.
There will be telemedicine center/s in 670 Police stations of Bangladesh for providing primary health care facilities. Through our website and app, medical transport service/s including ambulance and air ambulance can be availed all over Bangladesh.
All patients will have their own ID number with all possible medical reports and treatment details of their life. Blood reports and other test reports will be uploaded on the hospital server very quickly and accurately. Only involved doctor and patient will have access to the server. No need to visit a doctor again to show the report/s. If the doctor thinks it is necessary to talk to the patient, he will call. Remote Health care facilities will be ensured at home through our website and app.

LOCATION OF HOSPITAL COMPLEX

Medicina Medical Collage Hospital is a social initiative of Legal Information Technology Society; not business, healthcare is our prime goal. At the end of Aftab Nagar housing project, our state-of-the-art medical college hospital complex will be established on 5.5-acres land in Gazaria mouza under Khilgaon Police Station of Dhaka City Corporation in Bangladesh.

SCHEDULE OF SHARES

Share price will be increased gradually, a share of Taka 1 lac will be sold @ Taka 3 lac.
A total of 10,000 shares will be sold in the next 7 years and 6 months.
Share/s sale will be started from January 2021.
Share/s sale will be end in July 2024.
120 shares will be sold per month.
Share price will be increased by BDT 1350/- to 3300/- per month.

PROJECT SCHEDULE

Telemedicine Service/s will be started from 1st July 2021.
Hospital Complex construction will be start from December 2022.
Hospital Complex construction will be completed in June 2028.
Hospital will start partial service activities from December 2025.
Full-service activities will start from December 2028.

ANNUAL INCOME

Amount of annual dividend will be approx. BDT 18200/- to 39600/- per share.

SHARE INFORMATION

Maximum 34 months installments or at a time can be paid for per share.
Failure of three consecutive installments will abandon the share/partnership.
Share certificate of one lac taka will be issued and a money receipt after payment is done.
After First phase, even if you buy one shares at a higher price, you will get a certificate worth one lac taka. However, a money receipt for the full amount will be given.
Can transfer or sell shares at least 1 year after receiving the share certificate.
A maximum of 30 shares can be purchased in a single name.

How to buy a share?

Send your name, address, phone number and name of your parents.
Send Photocopy of your passport / NID.
Send us this information via WhatsApp, Emo, Viber, email. After receiving your information, we will take necessary steps for booking your shares.
At least BDT 15000/- down payment have to be paid at the time of booking. Remaining BDT 85,000/- can be paid within a maximum period of 34 months. If you wish, you can pay the booking and rest amount at a time.

What you will get?

Money receipt will be issued against your payment with share certificate number.
Share certificate will be issued against each share.
A deed of agreement will be executed between you and the company. The agreement will contain all the information about you and the company, the facilities offered to you against the shares, the rules for transfer of shares and other details. If you wish, you can make a Deed of Agreement in Government stamp of Taka 500.
